Being a newbie in Vanguard, I need some advices for best class to pick for soloing. I am thinking about warrior or ranger, which one is better for this? Also Id prefer to pick the class where the leveling is easier and faster. Which one could suit my needs best? Thanks a lot.

If soloing is your primary choice, do not pick warrior. Even ranger isnt the best pick either, but much better for soloing. People say monks are good for solo, too. On the other side, classes are balanced so I dont think youd do a faster leveling with one class than another.

Necros are very strong soloists, I can solo 4dot even con mobs with mine. Necros have a nice set of spells: FD; snare, rezz, fear and have great DPS. they also have pets, which gives you a wide range of soloing styles.
but ya between a warrior and a ranger, a ranger is better at soloing. But all classes can solo 2dot mobs.

Shamans has also been a very strong solo class in VG. I also think they will remain that as well. Add to heals they can do and decent damage + pet and you will understand why :p
