Lol anyone with like a 2.5+ gpa at my high school got one. If it were legit, the prices wouldn't be off the wall - thats the first thing that tipped me off. I talked to friends about it, everyone i know got the invite. It may look good on a college app, but it seems like any other summer camp to me.
If you're into that though, may not be a bad idea.
