The star of this movie MAY have been Michelle Yeoh, I don't remember because back then I didn't really know Michelle Yeoh and hell.. all them b*****s look alike anyways.
Regardless, the scene from this movie that stands out is a scene in which the heroine, wearing a bright orange (or red) 1-piece dress is standing at the top of some stairs looking down on a craps (??) table where there a bunch of Yakuza-type gangsters gambling.
On and off throughout this scene you see a hand juggling a paid of dice.
She rushes the table and does some spinning kick, sending gangstas flying in all directions. At one point she picks up the deck of cards and starts dealing out lethal hits with them. Having taken down all the gangstas, she launches herself at the yet unseen boss, and you quickly realize his hand is the one juggling the dice. As she is flying through the air he launches the handful of dice at her, knocking her out of the air and onto the craps table where she defiantly licks a bloodied lip while saying something to her attacker.
What movie is this? I saw it as part of a montage type arrangement that was set to music at a dance in Berkeley once but it was only playing for like 5 minutes before it went to something else.

Can't be sure to tell you the truth. Only thing I can think of atm is Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. But I don't recall that movie having any craps tables in it.
