I found one thats pretty damn fun
its called The CEP nexus


You will need the 2 official expansions for NWN and the CEP expansion downloadable from the official NWN site

They have named bosses a lottery system on loot when you kill nameds, no item level restrictions, no rest restrictions and no stupid death plane type rules.
