NEED HELP TRADING

i am trying to trade my mage which is on a RP server for my friends warrior which is on a PvP server ... but when i try to send my mage to his account/realm it says "this destination account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer" ..... could this have to do with the accounts having seperate owner names? like mine John Doe his Martha Stewart?
someone whos traded accounts in the past please help, let me know what needs to be done, mabye i need to call blizzard?

reason it says that is cuase ur not able to transfer pvp to rp/pve
