I know once you augment an item it is labeled NO DROP, I was wondering if there was a way to unaugment the item, or make it droppable again?

You buy some kinda of solvent from the porters... You will lose the aug but the item goes back to normal.
Just put the solvent and item in the bird bath and combine it...

if you ever played Diablo II and inserted gems, or runes into an item that's kinda what this is. You get gem like items from mobs with stats or effects on them and you combine it with the item of your choice and it adds the stats on the augment to your item.
