<Elavis> then used a piece of rubber. clamped @ 1 end
<Elavis> hung rubber (pressure filled w/ water from garden hose)
<Elavis> released the nozzle with 12" hotdog sticking out of my pants
<Elavis> and water squirted out of it
<Elavis> my female neighbor was walking to her car and looked at it
<Elavis> and her only response was: "Oh for the love of god"

And I'd like to be his other neighbor, the one whose windows are covered in heavy drapes, and who lets the papers and mail pile up for weeks at a time before coming out at night to get them.
