When I decided to be player versus player in eve Online I never imagined that it is going to be this challenging and I am almost sorry I decided to go with player versus player. I struggled for a long time not to ask anything but the time has come. My first PVP Rifter in Eve Online question. How can I bit this?

Being an Eve Online Rifter I may be the best person to answer this question, but being an Eve Online Rifter I might be reluctant to answer this question of yours at the same time. I think that I am not going to give anything away this time, but I also promise that I will be gentle the first time I see you, but you only have to tell me who are you, or at least what is your class and race. I am sorry for not saying more, but don’t think that I am unbeatable, because I am not at all, you just need to practice some more.

Nefen is a bot? Either way, it's not of any help.
How to-rifter PvP.
Minmatar, and frig combat in general relies on speed and agility instead of damage soak tanking.
So you want to make yuor rifter fast and agile.
In general:
Fit overdrives and nanofibers in the lows.
MWD in the mid + web&scram.
AC's in the highs
Thats it. any slot left: fit them however you like.
Idea is to speed tank. Orbit bigger ships at max speed, so their guns can't track you, and missiles wil do minimum damage.
Slower ship: web them...
When the enemy sicks a neut on you: Get out!
BTW, rifters work best in packs of 4-5.
