When you click something to download, it has already started downloading before you even select the destination.

Sometimes, I'm already 1mb in by the time I choose a download location.

by default clicking the wheel on your mouse opens a link in a new tab.

I know that if I didnt know about the middle mouse button function, I'd see no reason why Firefox is any better than IE.
