I was really happy when I purchased Eve Online but my happiness was of a short life, unfortunately. First off, I had problems connecting to the game although I did everything as I should. A week later it turned out that it was some kind of database problem with my username? WTF? I have something more to tell you, but right now I’m in a hurry… I’ll write again later…

Hey… you can’t be mad at EVE online admins and other staff, when you have dozens of server machines with hundreds of thousands of people playing, it is normal to expect that errors occur. My friend had a similar problem in EQ2, and guess what happened! He got a free subscription for three months! Maybe you could ask for something similar from Eve online
