I know it's been asked and posted a few times, but I'm lazy to search for the topic.
I used Soulseek, Kazaa, and ARES. I was wondering if there are better programs out there, and I'm sure there are.

yeah i know
i was the one who posted a comparison of EQ with norton auto-protect off and on .. its really insane the difference
thats why i turn off the auto-virus protection whenever im chugging resources .. otherwise i keep it on at all times and don't notice any performance difference
without it on however any windows computer is hardcore vulnerable (ive seen so many virus warnings since ive been keeping it on .. ive been keeping it on since i last reformatted and installed service pack 2)
mostly because windows is ass .. even if you keep security updates up .. you still need auto protection when on the internet .. especially doing questionable things

I use news groups. 15 bucks a month for 25gig per month. I have thus far found about everything I have searched for, and the downloads are super fast.
Well worth the cash
