Movie: The Forgotten=) My Review

OK so like my dad passed away on Sunday. Today I needed a break from going through his stuff so I went to see a show. Only thing playing within 30 mins of arriving was The Forgotten.
Got sum popcorn and a large coke and hobbled in with my broke a*s foot. (yes, my dad died AND i broke my foot all in the same week...pity me)

I give this show a 4 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best. The guy in it alone is worth going for. Hes a manly man with a drinking problem..and an x hockey player....pretty much the perfect guy. Of course he also has a loft apartment and prolly a huge d**k...err nm forget i said that last part.

Anyhoo...the show is about these kids that die on a plane. The mom has all these pics and video of her son, but her therapist and husband keep convincing her that shes crazy and she made him up in her head. His pics keep getting removed as well as any traces of him. Basically, she meets up with the above mentioned hottie who also had a daughter in the plane crash and together they go on a "quest" to figure out wtf happened.

The best part of the movie is when he is at the park on a swing...and she says hi, and hes all sexy like..half drunk and says "Hi, Im just here hoping to find other swingers". Then he like tries to take her home and has big balls and just is like..so..you comin home with me?

If you want pull you outa your seat scare the shit out of you at random times action, this is your movie. There were like 5 parts, one in a car and the others at random times when I swear I jumped like 15 feet outa my chair and peed myself.

Seriously, the car scene had my spill like half my popcorn.
This is kinda like a midnight shamafuckinglahlahman show. I dunno how he spells his name but you get the idea. Thats the only reason I gave it a 4. Its just not my style of movie but if you like midnight shammalammadingding then youll love this one.

Oh yea....when the guy screams.......err..well..youve been warned.

No but it was kinda fun getting the poop scared outa me like 6 times in an hour.
Youll understand if you go see it. I usually like more documentary kinda stuff.....this was fun, but definately no cinematic genius at work.

I thought it was an execellent movie. Made me jump in some areas

The only part I didn't like was that they didnt go more in depth with the aliens.

Wish they did.

Yeah your review didn't make much sense at all.... the man alone is worth going for.... a 4? It's not worth going in that case.

I liked the movie. It's definitely got some good moments but it had a lot of potential that they let slide in favor of the happy ending, like always

Went to see it last night. It's a rental, not worth seeing at the theatre imo =/

Its worth seeing in the theatre if you want to get spooked at the car scene, etc. Otherwise its a good rental. Totally a long X-Files episode, and thats a good thing ^_^.
