Lots of water in a Brita container.
I had my Mt. Dew days...
flunked out of college, moved out with a couple of buddies, we used to drain a 24-can case in about 2 days between us. It got so bad that we'd be drinking Mt. Dew literally from when we woke up until we went to bed.
It is very addicting, looking at it from the outside. The can is specifically designed such that you can drain it very fast. However, this will most likely lead to you opening another one shortly thereafter, rather than your thirst being assuaged for a good period of time.
I quit drinking pop at home, only at restaurants when I go out about 5 months ago, and I feel MUCH better. Much better. It is just hard to describe. I drink water now, and I find that my thirst is quenched with a tall glass of ice water in a way that I could never even begin to realize when I used to try to do that with a can of pop.
Anyways, sorry for the essay =D

I was hooked on Dew as well. I'm finally switching from pop to water, and it does make a difference.

You're right Rennol; its hard to describe the feeling of being soda free after popping back 3 or 4 a day. I havent had a DROP in about a year and 8 months. I never want to go back.
Now I slam down water all day, everywhere. I always carry a bottle with me; school, home, friends' houses, mall.

I drink soda sparingly now, it's actually kind of gross (heavy, acidic, surgary, etc.) and rarely quenches my thirst.
I'm basically down to water, beer, lemonade, and beer.

Heh same as me Mental. I used to be a root beer/pepsi junkie :p When I started working out I just began to drink a ton of water with the occasional soda maybe 2 times a month if that. I notice that if I drink soda after the sugar has gone through my system I have a huge loss of energy. As for my fridge, I don't even use it other than for water bottles and leftovers from goin out.

Never been a soda drinker here, I don't see what the appeal is. It rots your teeth, gets expensive, and it makes a pixie stick cringe at the amount of sugar in them.
I've always liked Iced Tea, though, and of course water. I went through a big water fad, t one point I had a collection of Aquafina bottles laying in my corner from downing them and ditching them =)

Man I love the Spicy Monterrey Club. I order it with no Lettuce, Pickle, Tomato, Mayonnaise. I usually have to say that twice so they understand not to put anything resembling a vegetable on it =p.
