Like the title says. Let's line 'em up, and then shoot 'em down. I'll start off:
Regeneration – Increases your recovery so very, very slightly that you won't even notice.
Turn Undead – Kind of amusing at times, but generally a waste of time.
Anyone else care to gripe about a skill? Come on, don't be shy…

Nah, no skill should really be called useless, because there's always a circumstance in which it may prove to be very useful, if not key.
Of course, there are more useful and less useful skills, and the choices depend on the other options you have at that level. For example, there is almost always a better choice for the warlock then the crappy servitor recharge…
