Missive locations in Vanguard

Where are those Missive locations in Vanguard?
Hey ya Vanguard crew! I have been trying to play this game solo for some time, trying to manage on my own, but some things I just can’t figure out. I have problem figuring out the missives and their locations in this game. I often feel like I am doing same things all over again. Anyone that can give me some clues how to reach them!?

Ah, every MMORPG has repeating pattern in general so don’t be surprised by that. For all the newbs, I will explain missive term for start. Outposts that are stationed on rotating oak board (well looks like that to me) are missives, that actually you can take as a quests (usually have to kill something to get some new scroll). Some number of scrolls means getting an item (5-green, 10-blue). Ten is max. The only place where I bumped on missives is Three Rivers. I honestly don’t f know for any other one, would like to find out about new ones just like you.
