traded my lock for his rogue..transfered rogue off thought it'd be safe....said hese the OO...i play it get epics on it then i get hit with an Unauthorized account access ban email from bliz...wont compensate or anything

Ok lol, here we go.
I've talked to this man on aim. First off he contacts me extremely rude, cursing at me + more, have chat logs, and print screens.
I traded him a Rogue few months ago... NOTE: I never once stated i was OO, and i asked him to show me chat logs, and post where i stated this, he cannot because i never did so.
I told him, how is it my fault that someone recovered the account ? He should know risks of trading.
He linked me the email, for when he got banned. The account name is not the one i had rogue on when i traded him, I read through it and it says nothing about transfering rogue, from that account, he cannot prove or show me anything that says Thomm the rogue was even on that account to begin with.
I see no reason for me to have to give him something, for his lose. He should know the rules of the game, trading is against the rules, and your always at risk for trading.
Im sorry as I said for your lose, but I see nothing that links me to this.
I've sold+ traded over 20 times here, your first one to say I did something... Sorry
Anything else You need to know let me know.

I just talked to him on aim, this doesn't state anything hes told me. He emailed me this.
He doesn't even know for sure reason he was banned, hes assuming its my fault but yet he doesn't even know why he got banned

mikeruiz2k7 is a scammer. I traded a Hunter for a Druid and he recalled the account telling Bliz it got hacked.
Mike your a real piece of crap.

Well mike, lets here some more.
I would say it is odd he got recalled MONTHS later instead of less than a month. One would find it VERY suspect.

Yea the bad part about it is when we traded I had a level 63 Horde Hunter and he had a level 64 (I think) Ali Druid. The problem here is the Hunter I traded was recently purchased (from a poster on Realpoor) so I can't just reclaim this account.
We made the trade and all seemed to go well. Mike would AIM me every now and then so I thought he was just being friendly. I even told him about dinging 70. About 3 weeks ago I got the error message that my Username/PW was wrong. I called Bliz, Answered all there questions and got the account back.
Well the next day the Account was locked and I got an email saying I needed to send in photocopy of ID and such to get the account back. Well I went ahead and photoshoped an ID to get the account back and Bliz. accepted it and gave it back to me. Then 1 week ago I get another message saying 2 people have sent in ID's and now they want more photo copies sent in that have been noterized. Well I'm not going to do anything illegal so I sent an email explaining we had traded accounts knowing Bliz. would delete the account. I really hope they did or do.
In short don't trust this guy. He now has a 70 Druid account and my 63 Hunter. The Hunter is a Taurne with a full set of Epic PvP gear. If you see this guy comming run like hell.
Consider yourself warned!!!!!!

I do my checking. I try and be as thorough as possible
Mike, i have contacted Markee Dragon as well concerning this matter,since you have offered several accounts thru them as well.
