...will NOT be convicted. After yesterday's testimony, especially. The prosecution's witnesses have been shredded on the stand as not credible. Is he f*****g wierd? yah. Did he make some pretty stupid decisions? yea. Did he actually molest anyone? Not that I can tell.

It looks like there's no strong evidence against him. There's too much contradictions in the accuser and company's testimony.
He is one weird fucker though. He had a life sized male doll dressed in a boyscout uniform in his bedroom.

I don't understand how anyone can defend this sicko.
He's guilty, he's clearly guilty and there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to prove his guilt regardless of witness credibility.

First off, no "kiddie" porn has ever been found at his residence. Only adult porn. Second, I have slept in the same bed as my 4 year old nephew...does that mean I am a child molester? Nope. Again, he clearly made terrible decisions and is guilty of alot of things....but molestation isnt one of them. At least it hasnt been proven.
I'm defending Jacko not for any other reason than principle. You know, what is happening to him can happen to anyone nowadays. If you have kids, and your kids want to have a friend over for the night, I would think twice unless another adult was there. Eduin I understand your disgust in this matter, but the fact remains he has yet to be proven guilty. We dont convict people in this country because we "have a bad feeling" about them. Or because they are different than us. We convict on evidence. And there has yet to be ANY that suggests he molested anyone.

Actually its very important, due to the reasons I've previously stated. This could happen to anyone. If you are involved with kids AT ALL, i.e. teacher, coach, Big Brother/Big Sister, scout leader, whatever...you have GOT to be so careful these days. All that has to happen is some p****d off kid make an accusation and you are sunk.

They had the a South Park episode about this, I only caught part of it, but it was about the "M Word." All the kids said their parents molested them, and every adult in the town was taken to jail, and the kids became savages.
It is the same thing with terrorist suspects even - false accusation of torture and you stir up a shitstorm.
Once the accusation is out in public, even if you are 100% cleared the damage has been done.
