I don't get those BMI tables. I'm 6'1 1/2", 192, which is about BMI of 25, according to tables just over the dividing line between normal and overweight.
But I had my body fat measured in a lab a month or so ago ("bodpod" method, which is supposed to be very accurate), and it's 15%, which is smack in the center of the normal range. So I'm not sure if I need to lose weight or not. Anyway, nothing much jiggles that isn't supposed to, so I guess it's ok.

The thing about those "online" tests is that it doesnt take into account for bonestructure, workout level and such. It is the average person test which in all respects is b******t.
