Ok this is weird and it has happened before.
For like a week now whenever I eat I get sick. It does not matter what or how much I always throw it up. However, I feel fine untill right when I am bout to throw up, I puke and I feel perfectly fine. I know when I am going to throw up because my face gets tingly and I cant focus in on anything with my eyes. Anyone know what is going on with my face.

You have a virus I would imagine. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with your face. Face probably tingles as a warning to the rest of your body that you are about to spew.

If this has really been going on for a week at every single meal, you need to go into the ER this weekend or see your PC physician on monday.
What you describe sounds like cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS), but that occurs most commonly in small kids. I wouldn't even guess at a diagnosis without more info. Some questions:
How long after you eat do the symptoms set in?
Are you able to hold down water? Calorie-containing drinks?
Do you get viral symptoms after eating: weakness, fatigue, chills, headache, pain in extremities?
Abdominal pain, cramping?
Eat at any shady mexican restaraunts lately?

about 15 minutes is how long it takes after a meal. I actually go food poisoning from a s****y mexican resterautn that brought our food out immiediatly but th at was almost a month ago.
The doctor ssaid my food poisoning was gone when I went in a few weeks ago.
I can hold down water and small snacks like a bag of chips but if I eat a meal it comes up after a face tingling

put yourself on the brat diet to get used to eatting again and hold down food.
brat = bread, rice, apple sauce, toast.
just eat these things bit by bit drink water no sodas or sports drinks or sugar filled crap. you can slowly work you way back up with flat ginger ale.
no butter on the toast no spices in the rice ect. plain jane food get your body used to processing food normally again. stay away from anything acidic for a month as well.

You should seriously go see a professional about this hobbet. Taking advice from people here that have absolutely no idea what they're talking about (no pun intended) is not a good idea. Doesn't sound like a face problem, sounds like something wrong in your belleh!

seriously...untill ya get there tho the BRAT diet is decent advice just make sure you're getting lots of liquids...dehydration sucks. Stay away from fatty foods and forget Gatorade and that crap...go for clearer juices or make some Crystal Light using Pedialyte

The tingling face thing could just be a blood issue. I know I have thrown up a couple times because I was overexerting myself, and then chugged a drink. The rest of your body needs the blood, then your stomach says it needs blood to process whatever you just ate/drank. As a result, my fingers used to tingle and get numb as a result of blood going to my stomach to digest food, then my vision went all crazy, seeing spots and stuff, and after about 2 mins of this, my body would resolve the issue by making me puke.

It's probably a food allergy. Definitely look into this. Nothing like watching a 40yr old Wisconsin man die in a restaurant in NC because he didn't know he was fatally allergic to shrimp.
