Heh, people didn't care about it enough to read the pamphlets, nor when they posted them on the wall, so now they are goin to put it on the package. That ought to cure obesity!

What they really need is an artery-o-meter showing how many microns of shit the item will add to your arterial walls.

Salad: 0
Salad w/ Chicken: 10
French Fries: 100
Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese: 1000

No, but it may help a little bit. Having that shit right in your hand as you wolf down a quarter pounder may cause you to pause and think. I think its a good thing. =)

I've been eating at Mcdonalds again lately, after going years without being seen in one. Mostly due to the fact that the only non-baby solid food the twins will eat is McDonalds grilled cheese sandwiches. I didn't even know they had grilled cheese - they have a way of doing it which leaves the bread soft instead of toasted (they won't eat it if it's toasted because it's too hard to chew). It's possibly not much than hot cheese on bread, but they seem to love it.

I get the fruit and walnut salad - sliced apples, grapes, a sweetened yogurt sauce to dip them in and some sugared walnuts. A little more sugar than I'd pick by choice but it seems basically fairly healthy. Even the chicken selects don't seem too bad, although I might change my mind if I saw the nutrition info.

It's cooked on a lower heat than most people use at home is all.

yes, because most americans are to dumb to realise eating something cooked in fat grease, topped with condiments and regularly called "junk food" is bad without it being writting in BIG RED LETTERS on top of their food.

Glad to hear you are one of them..not that i hadn't guessed already

The answer I was hoping for ranges between Public Accounting and Financial Planning/Advising. I suppose there's a great deal of both in what he does, though.

It sounds like a nice life :)

Not at all it wont change anything, even if you put the pictures of a damn fat woman with pics of all kind of healt problems caused by eating that shit people will still eat it just as much...

Did the fact of putting disgusting pictures on cigs box changed anything? nope..people still smoke just as much.

People dont give a damn and the only people that care are those that can take advantage out of this...

This won't make any difference. It has no point but to further limit the corporations liablity. if it was really about the consumers they would be investing their resources into making healthier food and not into making consumers more aware of what's in their food now.

The people who eat there know it's shit food and choose to do so anyways. I don't need a label to tell me grease soaked food from a fast food chain is bad for me and no reasonable intelligent person should either. Anyone who goes to places like that and thinks it's healthy food deserves what they get.

First of all, I havent been to a McDonalds since I was like 8 years old. Its not that people are to dumb to realize eating something is bad without it being written on the label its a matter of holy shit I didnt know it was THAT DAMN bad. Everyone knows a large french fry is horrible for you, but to see that it has like 200 grams of carbs and 3000 calories kinda brings it home for some people. And no, im not one of "those" people that need things written out for me, I simply have the opinion that SOME people may find it beneficial.
