Yes. Technically it is NWS and it's against the rules.
For reference:
You cannot have NWS avatars or sigs. The reason is people view this message board at work, and avatars/sigs appear in every thread you post in. I cannot possibly hunt your every post to label every thread as NWS, it's just not practical. You can post NWS images all you like but please don't put them in your sig/avatar.

without trying to be an ass.. i thought that is why we had the Work Safe templates.. if you want ot browse at work and not view NWS sigs / avatars, change your template to one that will restrict you even viewing sigs and avatars.

Why should 2 people ruin avatars and sigs for everyone? I like viewing avatars and sigs at work, it really makes the board more entertaining. It's really not necessary to have NWS avatars and sigs, if you want to post those images, do it in a thread.

It's easier to associate who's saying what with sigs and avatars, especially over long conversations. It helps with the mental picture.
It's not too difficult to refrain from putting boobs, penis, vagina, and gaping anus in your profile.
