Try a shaman, they are pretty fun to play. Always something to do with that class.

May do a warrior i played one up to 14 or so was pretty fun. I may also try a hunter or maybe a priest also.

They can do more than just throw totems out. Specially now that they have talents.

Shamen are very versatile and great soloers but I didn't really enjoy playing one. All their Talents improvements (cost, cast time, refresh time, etc) to existing abilities. Nothing new in talents. I did make a list of all their abilities, though, and it's pretty impressive:
melee, melee buff, snare, DS, taunt totem, interrupt DD, +str totem, DD, heal, delay bomb (4 sec), rez @ 12, DD, cures, mez prevention, DD+short snare, self sow @ 20, EB, water walk!, FR buff, +melee dmg totem, gate @ 30, HoT, DD * 3, dispell, immobile eye of zomm thing for uhhh sentinel, mana boost, chain heal, +agil, +other stats, +DD totem.

They get a boost to their melee ability if you go 2h route. Still not comparable to a Warrior or Rogue in melee but still a boost none the less.

You will like a hunter, i got one to 30 and really enjoyed him, when they get all their pet abilitys, and some more tweaking of the class, they should be pretty kick ass.

just hit 60 with my druid yesterday so next up is hunter. I wanna level one up as high as possible before talents are implemented. I have a feeling they will end up allowing hunter pets to use their full abilities as they would when not under a hunter's control. Owl screech for example (silence) will be AWESOME in PvP and definately take hunter's out of the dead last spot in PvP.
I agree Ash, the horde races kinda suck in comparison to alliance, our guild *might* go alliance at retail, we're still undecided. I really want to play a gnome, unfortunately they can't be druids, yay for orb of deception

I'm definitely going undead and very likely going rogue. There are so many times playing other classes I think, "God damnit. If I had stealth this would be a cinch."
Undead because I like EB at level 1 and most people suck at 3D PvP. "Oh no, he's hitting me from below! Help!"
