is there a way to make my IP address or host or whatever it is, appear differently when connecting to a MIRC server? Because im guessing my isp has two+ different umm, things... because sometimes it will connect to the server, othertimes it will tell me that i have been k-lined and there are too many insecure sites in this netblock.
Sorry, i dont know much about this fancy inter-net jargon.
