monkly-business has damn near every zone mapped and offers them up free of charge for download to your map folder. So while your thoughts are industrious and greedy they just happen to be day late and dolla short.

Enjoy they really are making the game easy | All monkly business did was rip them from sourceforge. And all the sourceforge project did was convert them from ShowEQ.
I'd also like to note that the majority of LOY zones are INCOMPLETE and that the choice of colors was terrible, when you load up certain maps you can't see them through the default map background patter.
If you plan on using the color maps then set your map window transparency to 0-25% so you can see through it, otherwise you won't be able to see some of the lines/markers.
Finally, DO NOT download maps that are defaulted!
For example, plane of knowledge.
Do not download a new POK map, because there is already one in EQ. When you download another one, the maps OVERLAP in game. It looks like complete shit.

For those of you that find many maps hard to read, there is a tool on eq-toolbox.com called Mappie. With in the tool is the ability to do mass color change. When you do this you can pick the color on the map you wish to change, like light gray, and it lets you pick a color to replace it with. I have edited a number of maps and it works great.
