I'd open a law suit against the theater as well as anyone who participated in the food throwing.

f*****s, so what if he was dressed in a way you didn't like. You don't need to throw shit at the guy. Grow the f**k up =/

Haha, the motto of the Evansville diocese (http://www.evansville-diocese.org/) is "We are determined to share our faith". That sounds sort of militant. Maybe the dude was determined to share his lack of faith.

lets remember he was 19... im would bet money that it was some dare thing.. and he really had to talk himself into it...

in which case.. he knew that on some level it was wrong... and hes not the only one that paid to see the movie... i hear its disturbing enough without having to sit elbow to elbow with some punk f*****g kid that thought it would be cute to dress up like satan...

as far as the law suit goes... fukin weak... to many b******t lawsuits already... and it would just put a dress code on going to the movies... and who the f**k wants that?

on the dim chance that this was someone f*****g stupid enough to think it would be totally cool to do....like yer chubby neos and legolas.... i feel bad for him and hope no child has the misfortune of having to call him dad...

No, he knew what he was doing. He said he likes to do things to get a reaction. He wanted to expose the hypocrisy of christians (as if there were any question, but he is only 19) and like the braindead sheep they are, they gleefully obliged.

Man f**k you all of you faggots

There is nothing wrong with dressing up as Satan or going to the Passion. I had a similar plan which was going to involve me and several friends wearing Cradle of Filth's "Jesus Was A c**t" shirt that also has a lovely image on the front. The results of this guys stunt just go to show how hypocritical, evil, and just plain stupid these christian scumbags can be.

More retardation:
Quote:
ROME, Ga. March 1 — Tickets at one movie theater screening Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" are being deemed decidedly unholy.

The number 666, which many Christians recognize as the "mark of the beast," is appearing on movie tickets for Gibson's film at a Georgia theater, drawing complaints from some moviegoers.

The machine that prints tickets assigned the number 666 as a prefix on all the tickets for the film, said Gary Smith, owner of the Movies at Berry Square in northwest Georgia. The 666 begins a series of numbers that are listed below the name of the movie, the date, time and price.

"It's from our computer and it's absolutely a coincidence," Smith said. "It has nothing to do with the film company or any vendor. It's completely in our computer."

In the Bible, the book of Revelation says 666 is the "number of the beast," usually interpreted as Satan or the Antichrist.

Several patrons have made comments about the numbers, and one person who was uncomfortable having 666 on her ticket asked for a pass to be substituted for a ticket.

"A lot of people have asked what the numbers mean, some said it seemed odd, some said it was inappropriate," said theater employee Erica Diaz.

The movie, which opened Wednesday, is a bloody depiction of Christ's final hours and crucifixion.

anyone that thinks its cool to do this just has a complete and utter lack of reality
Those crying hypocrisy need to realise people throwing gummy bears at someone that is basically spitting in the face of your faith shows a level of extreme restraint.
Realise to Christians this is a documentary..it is history its not fiction and the devil is a real being that is to be fought against in all things.
To dress up as the enemy of your spiritual saviour at en event that is ment ot be spiritual to christians is inviting retaliation.

You think if you dressed as a KKK member and went to an all black area of town to see Missisippi Burning you wouldn't be a dead man?
Again dress up as hitler and go walk into a Jewish church on the anniversery of the end of the holucost and see if you'd come out alive.

Liberal retarded children that scream and cry "the world is about me and my freedom f**k the world if they don't like what i do" need to have their asses beat on till they learn to respect the faith of others.

A KKK member is tangible. Where's Satan at man? Do you think a dentist would be p****d off as I dressed up as his arch-enemy the easter bunny for my checkup?

what's funny, is that the churches are using this as some sort of publicty stint.. and it's kinda doing the exact opposite of what they should be trying to do based on their own religious standards

First off, you must believe in satan to believe in the christian's view of religion, which makes the people dressing up like jesus and carrying crosses just as wrong as this guy =p

kinda like on halloween throwing shit at the person who dresses as doctor doom, while giving extra to people who dress up as captain america.. if you want to use an analogy..

now, from the christian's point of view, this guy's obviously not a christian, and instead of letting him watch the movie in peace, and accepting his juvenial antics, like they should've done.. which would've given him a good message about the church, they gave him the completely wrong message by throwing shit at him and dumping soda on him.. which says pretty blatantly "We're all going to hate you because you're unsaved and you're trying to ridicule us like people who don't do" =/

haha.. for that reason alone, i don't go to churches, they're too fake.. you see woman A getting baptised and holding her little bible and belting out songs in the chorus, yet when you look behind the mask, she's f*****g the pastor, and 32 other men from the congregation on the side..

I don't currently know what religion i am, i believe in god, and the devil, but i don't believe in going to church.. maybe the whole "don't forsake the gathering" thing was for when people actually cared about the church and it wasn't just another tax exemption =/

I wonder if it would be less insulting to go dressed as an Inquisition victim, or one of the millions of people the Church has imprisoned and tortured to death or burned alive, or maybe a victim of a Church-supported child f****r priest. That's the true face of Christianity.

just because a religion preaches forgiveness doesn't mean that the followers can't be incensed to violence if provoked.
No ones claiming Christians are pacifists.
I don't think they should have ignored him.. i think they should have beat his ass to the point of unconsciousness and left his sitting in his chair in the theatre for someone that works their to find..
But what do i know I'm just an agnostic fella that isn't forgiving with more common sense then this clown obviously.

keeping your hands to yourself is the best option. The kid wanted to get a rise out of them and guess what he got! He is going to be able to use this story for the rest of his life on why he hates christians.

The kid did nothing wrong, he was kicked out for disrupting a movie while the people who were throwing shit stayed, that is exactly the opposite of how it should be.

Obviously he did it to illicit a response. You don't go to no KKK meetings dressed up as a jew, and you don't go to harlem with a sign that says All N1ggers must die. And you definitely, definitely don't go to a Linux conference dressed up as Bill Gates.

All those geeks would start throwing Windows keys at you.
