I would use the second one, but with a darker color for the background.
And then I would make a new title graphic without that butt ugly eq human model.
And then I would spell music right, but before that I would question why you need a website at all.

lol 0% still has a little bar on it
if i had to pick one, the first one, but they both suck and heres why:
1) Sizing
on different resolutions this will look different, and having a frame setup is s****y to begin with, some pages as viewed in your main frame look off center, and some are too small for it
2) Frame Links
if you are going to link to somewhere (example, java games website), make the target frame "new" instead of "main" or nothing, doing this will open it in a new window, instead of inside your crappy website
thats basically whats wrong with it .. the frame links thing is easy to fix .. the sizing .. is not .. and is very very ugly

How about learning how to do it yourself instead of getting someone else to do it? There is no point making a shit site if you are not learning anything from it. Your first attempted sucked but you must have learnt from it. Scrap it and redesign it with what you learnt. Then scrap it and remake it again. Keep doing this till you are actually good at it.
BTW, spelling it Musak doesn't make you cool.

you bring up a good point Minion.. I resurrected my site after a while then stopped short... "who the f**k is going to read this??" went through my head.. at least it's what put a damper on my renewed interest in site creation for now. It's still a good chance for me to learn and play with DW.
