Ok I got the account back its a funny store, the acutal owner of the account trace the email he tried to use to me. using ign cause I played CSS and he got my xfire and came and talk to me. They are acutaly co-workers and he did not know how curtis got the account info. The ip u banned is his work ip. . Once I threaten him and the acutal owner of the account confronted him at work he was sent home by his boss and contacted me on aim, giving me the account info to my email and my war beta back.

Now I am all up on pressing charges for online scamming but he did return the account info, if realpoor would like to press charges for online scamming you have his real name the state he lives in and his work email.

Well, apparently in the time it took his first account to get banned he managed to try and trade this WAR Beta account to me, for an AoC beta account.

Justin is the co-worker he got the wow info using a key logger to start the whole thing off, he used that to scam me and got the warhammer beta account, which he put up for trade for another account and got ur aoc beta. After I got into contact with the co-worker and the dude confronted him with the boss. the boss sent him home and he got on aim and gave me the info back.
I have the contact if an admin wants it.
From putting the whole story together after he got my beta account, he put it up on realpoor using another account and he traded it for an aoc beta. so he scam the other guy out of his aoc beta and gave me back the war beta account.

If any legal actions are taken i have evidence of convos with the co-worker and with curtis returning the account as long with the trade page which has the trade chat log. all starting at http://www.realpoor.com/viewtopic.php?p=1075295#1075295

Curtis has returned everything and has apologised, it is up to realpoor if they would want to go any further but I have my stuff back.
