Best place I have found is in Shadowmoon Valley. The bloodelf ramp drops tons of stuff. It is best to go there at an off time or there will be lots of farmers.

farming for primal mana in neather storm near the ghost town isnt bad if can down the mana shades in a cupple of hits u can go through them quickly and get lots of motes of mana to make primals ^_^ thats how i got my epic flyer lol

good thing to farm i found r instances around the 40-50 lvl mark can solo them easy and get good gold out of it plus items

Here's what I farm where:

Primal Life: found that best zone is in Dead Mire [Zangaramash], about 15% drop. Of course, the nagas won't be the ones dropping it, but the Bog Lords.

There are also a few of them in southwest of Zanga but I found the mushrooms this bogs drop pretty nasty for a hunter (You can go with this ones too if you can cleanse) Note that Lives are very good to farm if you're a herbalist as you can herb them for extra motes
2 primals / 10min

Primal Water: My friends farm this in the lakes of Nagrand because they have higher drop there, but I prefer the lake outside of Shattrath. The drop is usually 2 motes/5 cells for me, but keep in mind that there are lots of them in the lake and you can farm them without waiting for respawn.
4 primals / 10min

Primal Fire: I prefer to farm the other Primals (except Earth) because they're cheaper on my server, but mainly because Fires are only reliable to farm for Miners as they can get lots of motes from mines.

If you're not a miner, or just want to farm these, Elemental Plateau is the best place for them.
1 primal / 10min (farming, I'm not a miner! If you are, depends of how many mines you can find)

Primal Earth: Same as above, leave the miners farm this for you, they're about 3-4g aka you can farm a life in less time and sell for about the value of 7-8 Earths. Best for miners

Primal Air: I usually farm this south of Shadowmoon Valley. The elementals there are not very dense, but I couldn't find a better place.

These are usually the most needed primals, so farm them whenever you like `cause there's a 100% to be bought in less than 5h.
2 primals / 10min

Primal Mana: I only farmed this to enchant spelldmg for my gf on gloves. That said, I don't now many places where this drops, but I farmed in North of Netherstorm and got about 2p/10min.

Also to mention, this are only worth farming if you need them and you usually don't buy from the AH.

Primal Nether: Not farmable, drops in heroic instances on the last boss.

Keep in mind that all above was centered on the economy of my realm, for example I`ve seen Primal Earth worth as much as a Mana on some servers.
You decide what to farm and where, I only gave a general view in case you don't know places to do it.

pretty large area, can support like 3 people before you have to start waiting for stuff to spawn
nice place to grind from about 68 to 70 on as well

Dailies are the easiest way, since everyone can do 25, you can easily grab around 250g from completing them. besides that i'de recommend elemental plateau or farming primal fires in north east BEM.

If you have mining/herb just run around nargrand... i suggest a mining and herb bag too to follow them needs... just fly around gathering all things as you go.... but you must learn to change out looking for mining/herb or else you will only get one of them.

I always thought above the thrown of elements was nice for fire... but since 2.4 its been packed

An extremely good primal fire farming spot is the elementals near the Throne that Kazzak resides in Hellfire Peninsula.

This is, of course, dependent on how many people are there doing dailies. Usually, on my server anyway, this area is very lightly populated, so I can get at least 10 primal fires in about 2 or 3 hours.

Shadowmoon Valley is verry good.

For pure grinding, the elementals around Oshu'Gun that drop are a gold mine! They have very small ammounts of HP and respawn very very fast. With some luck you're looking at about 5 primals pr 30 min. And with more and more people needing shadow res gear now that MH/BT is open for everyone those primals will be real popular

Oh, and they drop netherweave, coin and the usual greens aswell. So make sure you've got bagspace ^_^

Primal life is better from the trees in skettis.

If you want to take the time to level up mining, then you have an infinitely better chance of making money by mining in Nagrand's caves
