Taking offers on a lvl 65 Warrior. Warrior is Time Flagged and has expos 1 - 4. All so is VT keyed. Warrior has a BoC. Raid hps 9900+. Great Rep on the server. Account is enabled up to GoD

Peeps seem to be getting confused on the Exempt thing so i will go ahead and post it. YOU PLAY EQ FOR FREE!!!!! As long as you dont go and f**k up the billing (witch is blank atm) you do not pay to play. This is not a scam non a lie. The password can bechanged with out messing up the exempt stats just not the billing info. AGain the billing info is bllank. The last time i payed to play EQ was well over 7 months ago on a 30 day card.
Again this is no scam i have owned this accout for over 4 years. All so at this time i am not selling the BoC apart from the accout. Please keep in mind the BoC and the the above when making offers.  If an offer i like comes in to play i will be more then happy to call or be called by the buyer.

how does one get his account exempt from billing?

You don't need epic 1.0 for epic 2.0. |
Having epic 1.0 gives a shortcut to epic 1.5, which is an intermediate step for epic 2.0.
