you won't find an elemental plate helm for sale until possibly the next expansion unless they increase drops. Also, I've never seen an ornate plate helm for sale. If you're a hybrid (I thought you were) I'd reccommend trying to buy a narandi crown and if not go for white dragon. Hope that helps.

Malodious bought an Ornate Plate helm for 23k, so it does happen. Though i agree with Ash you'd have an easier time finding Narandi/White Dragon.
