A K or 2?
I hope you meant 100 or 200k.
Anyways, eqtraders has all the info you need, just don't go post "How do I get to 250 smithing in a day" in the forums.. they get kinda mad about that...

first off i didnt want to get to 250 in a day 100+ is VERY possible though i did it on another char.... I should have clarified a bit.
I do ned to get around 170-180 though i think. I know it gets very expensive after 120ish.
I know about eqtraders but there guides are so old the trivials arent even the same anymore =/

This is like dead on with the new trivials. just make banded and then ornate armors. When you trivial out ornate then you need to move to plate which should take you to where you want. Plate sucks though because its more time intensive to make leather padding. Smithing is similar to tailoring. Its not simple and dont expect to do it quickly. You can quickly go from 0 to maxing out the trivials on banded but from there it starts to really slow down. Talk to melee in Bc if you want the scoop because seru bane weapons are a 175 trivial so its in the same range and most followed that route. There may be new items in between but stick to the traders site they are the main source for tradeskilling. The Blacksmithing forum might be good too for more current info.
