Ive been looking for a block out there that any registered user can add a topic to a block for the day. This topic would mainly be a title and link. For example: There is actually something worth viewing on realpoor (lawlz) and I want to show the people of this php page, I would click add topic on this block (as could any register user) and it would prompt me for a topic and link.
It would also rock it it would have an archive day to day.

Wouldn't that just be a link block? It sounds like something that should come built-in.

As far as I knew this isnt default. The links module for phpnuke is retarded. I just want something simple that if peeps find something worth reading, they can add it to a block and it would be displayed throughout the day.
