(Details: Our raid leader decided we had enough at a group and a half (Which is enough really) so we got into the arena, and when it dropped people started freaking out, and wern't paying attention to the battle, so we all whiped and the last person left was a mage which looted it. I suppose it was justified, but even my guild leader was extremly p****d, and he is a f*****g Warrior who didn't want nor care for it.)

Wouldn't it be more like him stealing park place?
I was doing a 2 group raid in schloromance (SP?) and one of the warlocks ninja looted an item after everyone passed, which isn't really that bad so the raid leader let it slide. Later we're getting ready to fight that big ogreish undead looking thing that drops the key that lets you in the side door and it's said "Don't look the key when the mob dies, only one drops and we'll /random for it" x100. Sure enough some crap piece of cloth drops and the Warlock wins it, he goes on the corpse and loots both cloth piece and the key and is like oh i thought everyone got one.
We finally clear to the baron, and no he doesn't aggro him early and wipe us, but he doesn't run inside with everyone else and gets locked out and we wipe at like 20%. Maybe we would have lost anyway, but he was one of the three people assigned for the AE CC and the adds ended up raping our 2 healers.

Well, okay sure ... but what does it matter what your groupmates do? If "Superrrtankk" refuses to give a cloth item to the priest in our party, so what? That doesn't say anything about WoW. Only says something about Superrrtankk.

Ummm that key opens the door to the Viewing Room (Ras the Lich and Gandling) so it really doesn't matter who in the raid loots it, as long as they open the door! Now since most people go to Schoolo for Head set pieces and loot from the Lich, I fail to see what's the problem here or why you guys even need to random it......unless you guys were planning on Saving the key, stopping and not doing Lich/Gandling and using the Short Cut for a future run. Either way, none of that really makes sense =/ He's still a retard I'm not denying that, but I don't know why you would random the key and make it such a big deal. You use the key almost every run you get it.

Well, the mage was on the raid.
The dagger has fire resitance.
The party was being whiped out.
The only question in my mind is if the recovery looked like it was going to happen or not. If it was obviose it wasn't going to happen with the mobs involved I'd say get over it, you are being petty. The mage can use the resist slot and there are better daggers in the game. You should be happy it didn't rot.
Not like WOW is hard to see good drops with a small force.

Man you guys really play on some unfriendly servers with unfriendly people.
re: Dagger. That'll learn ya not to have it on group loot. If ya had everyone coulda still rolled on it and someone won it.
re: Warlock. Thats what the a*****e speech is for before every raid I'm on that has a new person on it.
a*****e speech of Perenolde Fame: Specifically that you are free to roll on any green that you can and will use, this does not include selling or DE. All other things pass on and we will roll on them at the end. Same with blues and above, but if you win one, pass on the rest for the rest of the run out of respect to the others. The exceptions to this are set chest pieces and trinkets. Also, loot no keys, corruptor stones, or quest items without asking first. Finally, if you ninja loot, make it good because I will blacklist you from all future raids and make sure everyone knows that you are a ninja.
We've had 1 problem with this since I've started giving the speech, and that person is now a pariah on Perenolde. I also know that it has spread to lots of other groups/leaders who practice the same rules and those who don't follow this sort of gentleman's agreement don't get groups in the bigger instances anymore.
Damn am I glad I'm not on y'alls servers. And please don't migrate to mine, we don't need the jackasses.

Thanks, and its worked well. Anyone who doesn't agree with it can p**s off and go find their own group/raid. There are plenty of fish in the sea and I'll spend the extra 10 minutes findin someone who does agree with it.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about stratholme.
When you do random pick up raids like that, you're always going to have someone acting like that warlock. If you don't know the people on the raid well, you should allow the idiots one strike and then provide them with a quick trip to orgrimmar.
It sucks that he ninjad whatever item that everyone had passed on, but all the problems he caused after that point were the raid leader's fault. Also if you're having trouble with the baron with a group of 9, you need to rethink your strategy.

I'm having trouble trying to understand why anyone would go for Rend with a group of 8. Except for dal rends and deathstriker, all of the loot he drops is trash and any guild who is going after onxyia keys will not need any of his common drops after like 10 raids.
And by the time you clear to Rend, you're like 1/2 of the way to general and the beast anyway. Maybe you could kill the beast and the general with a group of 8 (highly doubtful), but those pulls of 5 and 6 level 61s would be nearly impossible.

We do honor, and like I will explain below, I have no problem with him looting, it's the fact that it dropped at the worst moment it could have.

There are other things bothering me.
1) Lack of content
2) People are immature fuckfaces
3) No drive for me to do anything due to lack of content
4) No enjoyment out of the game anymore
5) Boring, which covers the first 4.
Honestly, EQ live looks more appealing to me right now. Maybe ill get EQemu lol. Or ill reactivate my DAoC account again.
But I am not going to quit, just becasue I said so, doesn't mean so... I think many people would claim they are after something like that. It was the first drop of Sunrazor on Hyjal.... IT WENT TO A f*****g MAGE. OHH YEAH HE HEAS LIK 10 FIRFREISIT NOWE JFBUT LTHITS ALERIGHT.

Basically, you didn't think of it first, is what you are saying in not so many words.

Unless your luck is as crappy as my guilds luck is.. We continue to get the same shit over and over and over again. I am still wondering if we have even seen everything he can drop. Same goes for the general.. Something like 40 raids on him now 2 element BPs 1 valor the rest has been mostly cloth shit followed by druid shit.

Nope he is talking about stratholme and the key to the city. You cant be locked out of that area of Scholomance once the Viewing room door is opened, unless you reset the instance.

Well, if you would have read it bud, I stated that we were in the middle of the event when it dropped. I was dead (Whom it was suppost to go to) and everyone else was busy fighting. If one person, who everyone agreed on getting it (Other than me) stopped to loot it, it would have been a very big disavantage than we were already at.

No, I died before it dropped lol. We had 2 out of guild tanks, and 1 out of guild shaman. They, in not so many words, sucked a*****e.
Drops isn't it. Dunn pointed out that I must be p****d about something else, which I agreed with and went into detail about. The game sucks now, and if it doesn't change soon, I'm gone.
