NCsoft announced that the impending conclusion to Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle would mark the beginning of the first chapter of Lineage II: The Chaotic Throne - Interlude.
Interlude will build on the tradition established in previous Lineage titles by providing players with new adventures, new lands to explore, new adversaries to defeat, and new challenges to overcome.
Lineage II: The Chaotic Throne - Interlude features a new zone, Primeval Isle, where pterodactyls dominate the skies. Interlude also has 15,000 different items to be discovered, an enhanced weapon augmentation system, Shadow Weapons, a new dueling system, as well as multiple new quests and skills.
Lineage II: the Chaotic Chronicle is currently available as a retail DVD pack, featuring the latest update to the game, Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood.
Lineage II: The Chaotic Throne - Interlude is expected to hit European and North American servers in April.
