If there is something that I don’t understand while playing Lineage II is there a place where I can go and get some help. I need some Lineage 2 support help very often and I don’t want to bother people that I know and who play the game that often, so I would need somebody who is willing to help me out on a regular basis.

There are a couple of places that you can go to get Lineage 2 support help and the best part for this is that all these places are mostly open whole day and night so you can ask for help no matter when you prefer to play your game. You can also come here and ask what ever you want and there will always be somebody who is willing and able to help you out on no matter what kind of question. Maybe the best place to look for help is an official help from the designers. Good luck with the game in the future.
