Ok, we all now that when you say Lineage, you mean: grinding. Some like that, others dont. My question is: how is it best done? How to level with little effort and no brain usage. Is there some good tutorial out there? Thanks a lot for ya help, hopefully I max soon ;-p

So, first off, forget about soloing grinding is a collective business. And everyone in the group should be aware of importance of his role in the grinding squad. Your group should be small and wisely chosen. There is a very useful guide at gameamp.com, I think you should read it all. http://lineage2.gameamp.com/guide/viewGuides/54.php!orderBy

Grinding squads these days are fairly useless at lower levels. Lineage II has a built in system into the map where you can find mobs your levels. Just go to areas around you that are your level, grind, and rinse/repeat. There isn't much brain surgery involved with it.
Also as a rule of thumb casters want to grind on mobs they can 1-2 shot, and melee do best versus multiple hp mobs (like 2x-4x mobs).
