Lineage 2 Sorc or Dagger for PvP?

I’m starting a Lineage character soon and I’d like to concentrate on PvP. That’s why I wanted to find out more on which is better for this – a sorc or a dagger? What other thing might be important for someone who’s new to Lineage? I’d really appreciate some help on this!
I think that sorcs are far better even on the low levels. A lot of people are complaining that in other games sorcs and such are pretty useless on the low levels but then in the end are overpowered but in Lineage they are overpowered right from the beginning. So I’d definitely choose a sorc though I think playing a dagger is much more challenging and would be more fun for you.
