This answer doesnt stand just for this game, but for all games that are played online I am sure. The whole purpose of servers being located in different geographic areas is that they serve for those designated areas. So, dont you think that it would be absurd if you are in Chine and using North American or European or any other server, except for Chinese? As far as switching between servers the same goes for that as well. I dont think you can switch between servers because that would defeat the whole purpose of having different servers. If you have any other questions dont let me stop you, just ask them and you will get an answer.
