Lineage 2 Question for Summoner

Ive seen a great list of changes for summoner. How big is the chance that some of these chabges will be implemented? Here are some suggestions I saw there: Strong Will buff which would boost opposition to Fear and Betray. Travel Form which would make summoner possible to transform to a special form and travel faster

Seems very interesting, and I would like to see the rest of that list! Why havent you put the link to the site you where have seen these? I googled, but couldnt find anything out there. Please if you read this post the link for the site. Thank you in advance.
