Lineage 2 Phantom summoner or Necro

I’ve heard that summoning is one of the best ways to get trough this game and so I’d like to choose some class that is good at it. Which one do you think I should choose Phantom summoner or a Necro? Are there any race restrictions when it comes to these classes?

Phantom Summoner is a Dark Elf Subclass and so if you’re an Elf, you can’t be a Phantom summoner. Necromancer subclass can be chosen by anyone. It seems to me that you’re new to Lineage and so I just wanted to tell you that you can’t become a Necromancer or a Phantom Summoner right away – those are subclasses from which you’ll be able to choose when you reach level 75 of your base class.
