Lineage 2 Dye question

There is a lot of interaction with dye in this game. Tattoo's and all other stuff does have some meaning which I dont know. And if I wish to use them, how does dye effects on other abilities? If someone is willing to explain or to post anything regarding this, I will appreciate that effort very much. Thanks to all in advance.

Symbols or Tattoo's. You can call them what you like. The meaning of Tattoo's is to raise your charisma in some certain way. There are a lot of merchants from which you can get very large number of things. Some of the gamers are not applying any of Tattoo symbols, if they are changing their class, because they must apply new ones. And that is not so cheap. And requires a lot of playing.
