Lineage 2 Customer Service is one of the nicest customer service I have ever came upon in my lifetime. I think they are very professional and they were able to help me out on every single call a made to them. Sometimes there was a little waiting incorporated in that, but it is juts normal.

A little wait you say?! I dont know how little were you waiting, but once I was waiting for half an hour and I still wasnt getting the answer I needed. I dont agree with you at all on this topic, and I think they are being either unprofessional or under staffed. But neither of these two explanations are good enough to make them rise in my eyes. I never made another call to them again and I decided to give up on that game all together. I know I maybe made a mistake, but I dont appreciate when somebody dont show any respect for my free time.
