There is no such thing as a good rapper. They are an oxymoron (They promote gang violence the condemn it) and represent everything wrong with the world:

And to all of you guys who said things like "there's no such thing as a good rapper," and "rap is a terrible genre of music" etc, please stop down-talking a musical genre that you clearly no nothing about. I don't particularly enjoy rock that much, but I don't talk shit about it because I don't know much about it at all. If you want some examples of good rap, just ask.

The way he puts his verses together, n lays it down is insane, like some artists they may say a few cool lines from time to time, but lil wayne always delivers even if hes rapin about something retarted, he'll put a crazy verse together.
