try a health foods store, potassium nitrate doesn't sound like something you'd need a presciption for, considering potassium is available all over the place.

actually they used it in WW1 to curb the **** drives of the soldiers, so i think it has some merit although i don't know how safe or effective it really is or what side effects there are
