Hello! I've run into some difficulties with level now that I'm 28. Some of my friends leveled beyond me so I've been solo player for some time. The few pickup groups have been rather bad experiences so far, so I'm looking for some new places where I can find more solo quests. I hate this leveling system because I have to be the part of the group to upgrade my level status!

Hello! I have a good news for you. In Shores of Evendim, there are dozens of quests that are solo-able and for levels grater then 27th. Then you will be in early 30 level, and then you should go into the North Downs, spend you destiny points on rested experience. After that you must go and fight the spirits, especially around the pool on the far west side. If you have problems to get from level 29 to level 30, do the quests with hunting in the swamp in the Loan lands.

I agree, leveling in LOTRO is lame.

You can pretty much solo up to 45 in LOTRO. You don't HAVE to have a group but obviously you'll get a few dead ends in the story. But check out the expansion. It's suppose to help for soloing 25-35 i believe
