They evaulate your char based upon how much droppable shit you have before and after you leave legends. This new rule was put into effect for obvious reasons of people going for there one month, scoring ez loot then going back and selling it on ebay, (inflation rules)

HMM so taking my 54 war over naked and coming back with a BoC and a bunch of other assorted stuff doesnt work? How much plat do they let you transfer with? Is their proceedures linked anywhere?

I had a friend tell me they only allowed him to transfer back to TM with about 10k in cash and prizes. That was a long time ago though... and it's not like I could really prove it now anyways
