Just as they tried, but failed, to do in 2000. Apparently voter fraud is rampant in Ohio right now, so a judge decided that it was "unconstitutional" (even though the constitution does not address this) for anybody to question voters who appear to be committing fraud. Leftist pigs.

When did the right steal an election....or are you referring to the 2000 election, where the liberals tried to steal it and the right wouldn't let them.

Uh...it was the democrats that filed a lawsuit trying to get fraudulent votes counted and a democratic judge that made the ruling.

My bad I THOUGHT you was talking about this.

Two federal judges on Monday barred political party representatives from challenging voters at polling places throughout Ohio, saying poll workers, not outsiders, should determine voter eligibility. State Republicans quickly appealed

Duh. That's usually what you do when a judge (who's almost always a leftist) tries to bend the law. Democrats filed a last-minute lawsuit to allow fraudulent votes to pass through. Republicans are scrambling to appeal the partisan ruling.

Next, Republicans will try to bring back the poll tax and literacy tests at the polls.

If Repubs are trying to stop voter fraud, having challengers at polling places is NOT the way to do it, as they were intending to do.

Republicans are trying to have outsiders at polls where minority voters will be so they can challenge most if not all of the voters to provide extra information that is not required elsewhere so it will take longer to vote there therefore less voters will wait.

This ruling says you can be there but cant challenge anyone to vote that has what is required by law to vote or cast a provisional ballot. IF they see anything they dont like they can 'mark' it to be challenged AFTER the election if needed.

It does NOT allow Republicans to stop anyone from voting. The republicans state that due to high return rate for new sign up voters there must be fraud. The judge slammed them because over half of those newly signed up voters came from republican sponsored groups.

Ohio and Florida are rigged. Should be fun.

Yes, I am an American, Orbit.

Didn't hurt at all to answer that question, relax man.

Reasoning behind my asking you that question is from seeing your typing skills in action. You type like you are a foreigner and barely have a grasp on the english language.

Or perhaps a student of ebonics...

No insult intended. Your typing just sucks.

No biggie. You can't blame me for reading your posts and coming to the above conclusion.

How a person presents themselves in society, be it how they dress, speak, type or whatever shows on a persons character and intelligence. But we all know that...

You don't come off as an intelligent person through your posting. Perhaps a slight refresh in english would help.

Don't take this to personal as Mix used to get on me for mixing their and there in a sentence a few years back. I fealt like an idiot but I did a refresh and changed that habit and I am thankful that he pointed out my discrepencies. If you wish someone to take you seriously you need to present yourself as an astute and intelligent person and typing/ spelling skills are a good start.

I am not saying I am highly intelligent and above you. Yet, I have noticed that kerry supporters seem to follow this type of mentality and you can be above them if you really tried.

Just trying to help man.

Then a PM would have been better. No?

But thanks.

I been and still a system admin so I really dont have to interact much with my typing skills. I just looked at as my soft point. And Logical is my selling point.

Not sure about the kerry jab. If you notice 1/2 this country is for him. So just stop with that kinda thinking.

Just as the saying goes DONT judge a book by the cover. I am a nice person and watch out for my own. I dont fling the typical insults here I dont play the hate game. So if your judging me by my typing skills your not being fair in your judgements..

See I rememberthe Dyers from EQ in west Kan being a nice guy and never worried about his typing skill to judge him on.. I judged him on his actions.. Wink

Actually only about 1/3 of half the country is for him. The other 2/3 of one half are all hippies. So 1 out of every 6 people support Kerry! Yay!

Over 1/2 oppose Bush but some don't like Kerry because the Bush Admin scared the shit out of them.

Zogby Poll asked if people had the choice of Bush or NOT Bush, NOT Bush won in a landslide.

So about 3/4 of people don't support Bush! YAY!

Kind of funny how this comes up now, with Rehnquist on the cusp of death. He actually got his political start as a poll bully... err, I mean 'challenger' for the GOP. Almost lost his chance for the Supreme Court because of it, actually.
