What did you think? I think I'm disappointed about the whole briefcase thing...and I do NOT get Sayid's apparent interest (beyond the translating) in Shannon...that character is loathsome (yes, she's cute, but she is annoying as hell, n'est pas?)

According to the article in Entertainment Weekly a month or so ago, they filmed 23 episodes. It wasn't clear to me, however, if that would be the entire run of the series or not. I mean, how far will they drag this out....(visions of Twin Peaks make me sad).

it was intended for 13, because of it's popularity they did the additional shows, however I believe I recall hearing that as a "miniseries" or whatever the f**k they call this gem, it's over after the 23rd show, sadly Sad

The one good thing about the limited run is that the show is so wildly popular that maybe the networks will stop filming those f*****g AWFUL reality shows and go back to some quality programming, trying to mimic the LOST concept.

(and then I realized that it was all a dream and when I woke up, I was staring at Desperate Housewives on a Holiday Showdown who were asking each other, "Who's Your Daddy?")

UGH

Well, considering that I am paying 100. a month for digital cable and, most nights, I find myself watching all the "odd" channels for lack of programs that are good on the mainstream ones....

CSI (all three and reruns)
LOST
House

Those are the only programs I watch on regular TV.

Mysteries on Bio (saturday nights)
Grand Tour, America's Castles, etc. on Bio and A&E
Mysteries and comedies on BBC (almost every day at some time or other)
FoodTV (early mornings, all week)
Carnivale *yay for new episodes starting Sunday!*

That's about the only other stuff I watch. I cringe every time I see a commerical for a new "reality" show...if millions of people think those shows actually reflect real life, I fear for us all Sad

Well, this coming Wednesday, our local ABC station is showing a f*****g SEC bb game instead of LOST and will show LOST at 1230 a.m....total b******t Sad

They showed a game last week, too, but they showed LOST at 9pm, after it, so it wasn't so bad....

My TV Viewing is as follows

Football, Simpsons, other Fox Sunday programs now and then, American Chopper, other Discovery programs.

That's it. I have very few channels so it makes it hard but the only other thing I could see myself watching would be Cartoon Network if I got it still.

YAY for Stargate episodes showing elsewhere already though.
