THe movie was really good. A good fit into his other Dead movies.
possible spoilers:
The evolution of the zombies was done very well. They just didnt jump into knowing how to use the weapons or realized that one thing can do another. Big Daddy is a good example. When he first learned how to use the gun or with his emotions evolving from angry to sad. You see the sadness in three scenes...the first when he stepped the zombies head, second when he saw the hanging zombies and third when he had to shot the zombie that was on fire. Overall good film. GR said that he would like to do another with the group and the truck.

I liked it. I talked to others that didnt. Like most of his movies there is no ending. IMO worth seeing. I might go again tonight with some friends.

if you dont wanna go for plot, go for the gore. I am a big gore flik fan and man did i have a great time with this one. It reminded me of the gore in Day of the Dead!

Romero is brilliant in his mixing of the hilarious with the horrific, I'm normally not a horror movie person, but I love Romero's films. For example, right as the film started, with the bandstand zombies trying to play their instruments, that just struck me as comical. Though I also found that one idiot sitting alone in the shack listening to music while zombies surrounded him and then getting his face bitten off by a clown quite funny.

That was Dawn.
Original Dawn of the Dead was amazing. I even liked the remake.
And, yeah, each and every film has that social message. Land moreso than others.

it was a funny ass movie... i went for the comedic aspect and the gore was teh win.
the gore scenes were the best part of the whole movie... creative like when the zombie sliced off the soliders hand holding the grenade and then it explodes under his back..

what would of killed the movie completely if the zombies chanted "More Brainsssss" LOL
Remeros zombies never did tho, I cant remember what zombie flik with the midget zombie lol Return of the living dead I think
