You should be more specific about your problem, i.e. what message you received after you tried to log in? Also did you extend your membership? If you forgot to pay for this month, that could be a possible problem
Anyway, I think that is the best for you to contact Turbine support directly. Or, if you could provide us with more info, someone here could help you.
